Our Classes

Our classes have been designed to get the most out of your swimming lessons whist meeting you at a price point that suits you. Whether your child is looking to just generally improve, or you want to specifically work on something, we offer a range of lesson types that will suit every need.

Which class do I fit in?

Baby & Toddler Classes

We offer Baby & Toddler classes from 10 weeks old (as long as they have had their jabs) up to 2-3 years old. We try to split classes into those below 1 year old and over 1 year old. These are a great start to introducing baby into the water and start building swimming fundamentals. Parents will be in the water in this class and there will be max 5 in a class. We aim to teach Baby fundamentals of swimming whilst having lots of fun and building confidence in the water. These classes are VERY popular so please email ASAP if you see a space become available. 

Beginner Classes

Beginner classes are offered to those who have no experience in the water and have had no formal teaching. Again we split these classes into younger ones 2-3 years old who have maybe had some experience with Baby & Toddler classes and 3+ years. For these lessons, parents are out of the water and there will be max 4 in a class. We aim to get swimmers swimming unaided for a few metres to progress into Improver classes.

Improver Classes

Improver classes are for those children who can swim a few metres unaided and are generally 4 years +. The classes are split into ability on how far they can swim. We aim to work on increasing their swimming distances and introduce back stroke/crawl into their swimming skills. There are max 5 in a class for these group classes.

Stroke Classes

Stroke classes are for those children, generally 6/7 years + who are swimming a full length of the pool of front crawl. They are confident on their front and we aim to work towards improving technique, such as side-breathing, and other strokes. The max group size is 4 in a class.

Adult Classes

Adult classes are for adults who would like to work on something in particular. Whether that be swimming from scratch or improving specific techniques, we offer private classes for adults that can be done on a short-term basis to get long-term improvements. At the moment we are only offer 1-2-1 lessons for adults.
