Safeguarding
Safeguarding is of paramount importance to us. We always aim to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all swimmers. Please see our Safeguarding policy for clients here for more information.
Privacy Policy
We are very protective of your personal data and will only share this if you request it or in an emergency. We may want to take some photos during swim lessons for our social media however these will only be kept and used for their intended purpose if the parent has given written consent. More details on our photo/video policy can be found here.
Incidents​
If in the rare chance of an incident occurring, we will follow STA Guidelines and prepare a written incident report which will be logged with the Swim School. Please reach out to our Welfare Officer for more information about this process.
