About Us
Crazy Crabs Swim School was started in August 2024 when there was a noticeable lack of swim schools in the area. Ultimately this does come down to a lack of pool space availability in the area however we were determined to find spaces and offer high quality lessons. Thus Crazy Crabs was born.
About the owner
This swim school started as a passion project. As an international medallist for Synchronised Swimming, I wanted to share my love for the water with the next generation. Having been taught by my old boss, the incredible Gaby, whilst at uni, I was able to refine my teaching skills over multiple years and felt confident enough in my abilities to set up this swim school.
Vision for a future of swimmers
We are aiming to get as many students swimming as we can. Swimming isn't just a fantastic sport that can lead to many opportunities, it's also a life skill. Being able to swim saves lives, and fundamentally this is what we want to do. Instilling skills from young helps children understand the delights and dangers of water as well as putting parents minds at ease.
